2. Feeding

For hydrodeoxygenation in hydrogen or nitrogen: The catalyst does not need to be activated and can be directly put into use. Before use, the air in the reactor must be replaced with nitrogen by means of charging and discharging pressure. Nitrogen generator manufacturers can directly introduce pre-refined hydrogen or hydrogenated nitrogen when feeding, and the catalyst in the reactor can perform catalytic reaction to remove trace oxygen in the gas.

3. Replacement; when it is determined by analysis that the catalyst has reached its lifespan, it must be replaced. When replacing, the material in the bed should be replaced by the method of nitrogen charging and discharging (0.5-0.7MPa) first, and then a certain amount of air (10-100%) should be added to the nitrogen to purge the bed. And gradually increase the amount of added air, until the added gas is all air, the catalyst can be removed and replaced.
